Commercial Fencing

This photo shows a commercial fencing project just finished in Paterson, NJ

Commercial fencing comes with a lot of different requirements and expectations than residential fencing. There are many unique things to consider when we plan and schedule a commercial fence installation. You might be wondering how they’re so different, after all, how different can two fence projects be? Well, the answer might surprise you, but a commercial client is fundamentally different than a residential client. A business or government location must maintain smooth operations at all costs, and constructing a fence, whether it’s for security, branding, or property layout, can be considerably disruptive if proper planning and scheduling haven’t been done.

As a result, we need to ensure we’re thinking about what’s most important for the business, government, or private location we’re working for so their fence can be installed with the minimal amount of disruption possible. Not only that, businesses and governments are bigger targets for liability issues, security issues, and even a poor looking fence can give people a bad impression of the place. As a result, everything must be considered.  For more info, please keep reading. If you have questions that aren’t answered here, please feel free to give us a call. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you have!

Business Must Go On

The first thing any business owner is going to think about when making changes around their business is how it’s going to affect business. Will it be bad? Will it be good? We completely understand this mindset, as we are also a business that has to make the same kinds of decisions. And we understand that a fence installation on a commercial location can be disruptive. Since that is a major consideration, we will use scheduling, planning, and efficient work to work around your needs and your schedule. Whether we need to install the fence at a time when business is typically slower or do it in stages to ensure continued flow of work, we can do it. No matter what, our team of experienced fence builders will be able to meet any deadline you set, build any fence you want, and ensure you are 100% satisfied.

Details

When it comes to business to business relationships, meetings help establish clear communication and understanding of what’s needed. We’ll be the first to admit we’re not the experts in every topic out there, but we’ll happily refer you to someone who’s more qualified in a specific area than we are. That said, fence installation is kind of our specialty, and we have complete confidence in our position as the leading company in the area. Whether your fence is intended for security purposes, liability concerns, branding, or any other purpose, we want to meet with you and figure out what you want and what’s the best way to get it for you. We’re able to customize plans to perfectly suit your company’s objectives, and we can even make the fence complement your business’s aesthetic look while matching your budget.

The Process

A smooth fence construction always begins with a good plan. Scheduling, materials, designs, etc. It might sound like a lot, but it can really be as simple as, “Classic 8’ privacy fence around the 250’ perimeter with two double door swinging gates here and here, to be constructed at this time on this day”. No need for a ton of industry jargon, we just want to make sure we’re on the same page about what you want and how to do it. Once you approve the plan, we’ll show up on the date schedule and build your fence!

Efficiency is Key

Running back and forth from the shop, to the store, and then back to the worksite is not only a waste of our time, it’s also a disservice to any client. No respectable company should have to do this repeatedly. If so, it’s a sign of poor planning. When we show up for the job, we’ll have the material we need and the tools we need to turn it into the fence you ordered.
